The MDS Foundation is hosting a free luncheon this November!
It will be held at the Craftbar Restaurant at 900 Broadway (between 19th & 20th streets) in New York, NY.
Save the Date for Saturday, November 5, 2016, 12:00 pm – 4:00pm
The special guest speaker will be Sarah Kelly, MSW, LCSW (Oncology Social Worker at CancerCare). The topic of the luncheon will be Walking with Your Loved One: MDS & the Caregiver’s Journey. You will receive materials with information on self-care and other resources.
All you need to do is register by Friday, October 28th and show up!
