Why Walking is the Best PI Fundraiser

Sunday October 2, 2016 was the IDF Walk For Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) in Boston, MA!

As a partnership between the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) and Shire Pharmaceuticals, this walk began at Boston Common.

Participants walked to support primary immunodeficiency (PI). The goal of these walks is to raise money to fund research for new treatments, and hopefully a cure.

Last year, the IDF raised $250,000 for research from all of their walks. Can we do even better this year?

If a walk isn’t in the cards, consider making a donation to support IDF research.

Would you prefer doing a walk yourself instead of just sending money? Never fear! Check out this list of upcoming IDF walks and see if there’s one close to your area. There’s even a Virtual Walk scheduled for December 31st!

Now, if you ask me, that’s a GREAT way to end to the year!!
