DESCRIPTION:The FH Awareness Day Campaign was initiated by The FH Foundation as part of our mission to raise awareness of FH in the public. It is always held in September\, as that is National Cholesterol Education Month in the United States. \nOn September 24th\, 2014\, the FH Foundation will raise awareness of familial hypercholesterolemia worldwide! We have created a “media kit” to be shared with other FH advocacy organizations across the globe. This kit includes digital brochures\, info graphics\, logos and banners\, which organizations and individuals can use to raise the visibility of FH as a distinct disorder that needs aggressive and early treatment.
