How To Get Handprints Across America

Rare Disease Day 2016 is almost upon us!

Rare Disease Day is an international movement organized by Eurordis and supported by 41 Official Global Partners. Whether official or not- Patient Worthy is an un-official partner– participation is encouraged of all advocates.

Rare Disease Day began in Europe back in 2008 and has grown every year since. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness about rare diseases. To learn more about the global initiatives supported through Rare Disease Day, please visit rarediseaseday.org. Resources and materials like email signatures, a countdown clock, and the poster below are all available for immediate download.

There are several ways to participate in this year’s Rare Disease Day, but Handprints Across America is by far the easiest way to join the rare disease community in celebrating awareness across the nation.
