Agnathia-Microstomia-Synotia is a congenital malformation whose patients have the following malformations: absence of the jaw bone, an unusually small mouth, underdeveloped tongue or missing tongue. The ears may be low set or fused.

Agnathia-Microstomia-Synotia is not treatable and is usually fatal. Most efforts are made to identify the disorder during prenatal screenings using imaging tests during the first trimester to identify and visualize the abnormalities.
