So far, they’ve been able to help patients affected by 50 different diseases. But they’re ready to make it 51.
Now, in conjunction with the HCU Network of America, the HealthWell Foundation is providing their services to homocystinuria patients.
They are offering up to 5,000 in assistance to individuals who qualify. Both co-payment and premium assistance is available for those eligible individuals.
