A Professional Course for Healthcare Providers

This course meets all Montana Board of PT requirements for 6.5 CE hours and is approved by the Montana Board of OT Practice.

The professional course is a valuable opportunity for caregivers and healthcare providers to get informed on the most up to date standards of care for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The course will include a variety of objectives, such as:

• Demonstrate a depth of Duchenne knowledge
• Identify the stages of the disease
• Adapt therapy treatments to suit a patient’s needs
• Develop thorough care plans for patients and families
• Coordinate treatment with other providers

Upon completion, physical therapists will have the opportunity to become CureDuchenne Certified Physical Therapists®.
