The Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research’s Chicago Patient Conference

$10- This conference will be an opportunity for patients to learn from highly regarded physicians and specialists about sarcoidosis.
- Patients and their families will have a unique chance to learn about options for treating sarcoidosis, standards of care, and the research projects that are supported by the foundation.
- Everyone that plans to attend must fill out an individual registration.
