This is a free event for patients that are faced with lung diseases like sarcoidosis to converge and learn from renowned medical specialists about what it takes to promote lung health as a part of day to day living. Afternoon sessions will include breakouts by disease so that patients can get specific information about their disease. Participants will also get a complimentary lunch and free parking.
