Complex regional pain syndrome, or CRPS, can be so severe, it drives some people to desperate ends.
It usually starts with an injury–but when the injury heals, the pain remains. Not only does it remain, it gets worse and worse.Those with CRPS suffer from burning pain in an arm or leg. It’s incredibly difficult to treat, and what makes it even more challenging is most doctors are unaware of its existence.
A group of rock artists in Great Britain are trying to change that.
