Possible Link Found Between RA and Huntington’s Disease

Scientists have discovered a link between the causes of rheumatoid arthritis and Huntington’s disease through Epigenetics. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that causes pain and swelling in the joints.  Huntington’s disease is an incurable brain disease.  Epigenetics is the study of changes in organisms caused by alteration of genetic structure rather than alteration of the genetic code itself.
