The Center for Chronic Illness (CCI) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Seattle, Washington. CCI promotes well-being and decreases isolation for those impacted by ongoing health challenges through their ongoing, professionally-facilitated support groups and health education programs. Their programs are designed to bring people together with different diagnoses in hopes of building connection and community.
