Happy Halloween!
A lot of people grow out of Halloween. I personally love any reason to celebrate. I believe that life is short and it should be enjoyed at every opportunity.
I may not be able to go trick or treating but I can buy my own candy (try not to eat it all in one night), pass it out (if it lasts that long), spread the joy, and dress up. I hope that this Halloween finds you with the ability to live it up and enjoy the festivities.
If you are handing out candy I do have a suggestion… this could be a great opportunity to advocate for the rare disease of your choosing. You could attach something to the candy with information about the disease and ways to help, or you could give handouts to the adults.
