This September, Chicago is having a Hike for Lung Health to help raise awareness for IPF. If Chicago is to far for you to go to participate then organize a hike in your own area to raise awareness. You can also write to your mayor, governor or city council member and tell them you want to proclaim September as IPF Awareness Month for your city or state.

If you want to be a part of the solution, then join the cause this September as it is IPF Awareness Month. Share something about IPF using #IPF and #IPFWorld. Take a picture of yourself Blowing Soap Bubbles and use the slogan Breath of Hope
