The 2024 FSHD Patient Connect Conference

Attendees find out about the latest research, drug developments, and clinical trials, as well as a wealth of news you can use, from managing symptoms to navigating the challenges of daily life, meeting and learning from the greatest experts-other patients and families like yours!
