If not, now is a perfect time to join. The private support groups on Facebook can answer a question, give you a virtual hug or a kick in the pants. Size doesn’t matter when it comes to groups. Sometimes the smaller and more intimate the better.
- MG Sisters
- The Wellness Warrior Tribe
- Myasthenia Gravis Won’t Stop Me
- Myasthenia Gravis Unmasked
- Ups, Downs & Roundabouts
- Spoonie for Life

I’ll stop here because I don’t want to overwhelm you. Full disclosure, one of these groups filled with amazing, strong, determined people is mine. Can you guess which one? Actually many of us with MG are in most of these groups. Remember, a snowflake is just one tiny part of a beautiful snowstorm that can be used to create a perfect snowman family.
Alone we are strong, together we are powerful!
