Want to Break Barriers? Share Your Inspirational Video and Win Big!

Listen up, people!

Are you living with a neurological disease or condition? Do you want to inspire people by sharing your personal story on video?

If so, the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) wants to hear from you!

That goes double if you’re a loved one or caregiver of someone who’s living with a neurological condition.

Think of it: Each and every day, thousands of people across the United States are diagnosed with some type of disease that’s neurologically based, including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and various types of dementia, to name a few.

While some people are doing well thanks to the advancements in modern medicine and technology, many people desperately need help. For neurological diseases, there’s an urgent need for more awareness and support, and development of effective treatments—ideally backed by research dollars.

So that’s why it’s important to enter this contest to share your story on video to help inspire others! Remember, there are far too many people who might not be doing well and need a boost.

Here are the deets on the contest, which is called Your Life on Camera:

  • Go to YouTube and visit the 2016 Neuro Film Festival®, sponsored by the AAN
  • Check out the rules – for instance, videos must be limited to 5 minutes
  • Get awarded $1000 if your personal video story wins the grand prize ($500 if you’re runner-up)!

All you have to do is submit your video to YouTube and bada bing, bada boom, you’ll be helping those in need in no time! Just think how exciting it would be to give baaaack, right?!

Hurry! You have to submit your video by 03/01/16.
