The Ice Bucket Challenge was a huge success for raising awareness and funding for ALS research.

But this year, there is a new fundraising effort for the debilitating, neurodegenerative disease called Ales for ALS.

Created by Loftus Ranches and Hopunion, their goal is to fund much-needed ALS research. They are doing so by donating a proprietary hop blend to brewers who agree to particpate in donating a portion of their sales of the brew to the non-profit organization ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI), the world’s leader in ALS research.
