In honor of World Duchenne Awareness Day on September 7th, Mal Duffin has invited us to share this app designed for parents whose children are living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Mal’s LinkedIn page shows a short video walkthrough of his Gene Exon Editor web app. Mal built the app for families, to allow visualization of exons, variants, and what “deletion” or “duplication” actually looks like on the gene makes a hard conversation a little more human.
