Ladies with POTS: Here Are 5 Fashion Accessories for the Holiday Season

If you are like me and have complete inability to regulate temperature, then you might be looking for some awesome accessories to make life a little less painful this winter season!

Of course, that’s assuming your inability to regulate temperature is because of POTS and not something else. With POTS, at least for me, I get incredibly hot under the covers at night, but during the day I am also incredibly cold. Not only that, but the cold is very uncomfortable… so it’s not just a casual cold. It’s a FREEZING.

If you know what I’m talking about, here are some fashion accessories I have been using this holiday season, to keep me warm during those unbearably cold days. And if you know someone who probably can relate, these make GREAT gifts! (NOTE: Brands are flexible, these are just the ones I use):

  1. THESE socks
  2. Winter pajama pants please!
  3. I love leggings but they don’t cut it in the winter… unless they are super strength! (BONUS: Stretchy waist-line for those big meals)
  4. These cozy slippers
  5. And of course, if you’re like me, if you go out of the house, you’ll want an undershirt, a sweater, a jacket or liner, and then another coat.
