The National Cervical Cancer Coalition (NCCC) has a variety of tools and events worth checking out, but the gift of knowledge is second to none when it comes to advocacy and awareness.

See and circulate below this help fact sheet that can make a difference in letting women know some important facts about cervical health.

The American Cancer Society’s Guidelines for Prevention and Early Detection

The American Cancer Society is a great ally and resource for all things cancer. As far as cervical health, they recommend females follow certain guidelines to help find cervical cancer early.

Screening tests offer the best chance for early detection and even prevention, by finding abnormal cervical cell changes (pre-cancers).

If it’s found early, cervical cancer is one of the most successfully treatable cancers. In fact, cervical cancer death rate has declined by more than 50% over the last 30 years in the US.
