Ways to Raise Awareness for IPF: #BlueUp4PF

September is IPF Awareness month, I always love seeing the little things you can do to help raise awareness and involve anybody. I wish they could all go viral like the #ALSIceBucketChallenge.

What you can do for IPF is wear blue clothes and/or hair extensions, take pictures and post it anywhere and everywhere! Use #IPF and #IPFWorld and definitely use #BlueUp4PF. Smile, have fun, make people laugh and make people want to have fun with you; this is how you raise awareness!

You can also take a picture of yourself Blowing Soap Bubbles and use the slogan Breath of Hope.
