Members of the Medical Community NEED to Register for this November Cystic Fibrosis Conference

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) is hosting the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference (NACFC) in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The CFF is an amazing non-profit that aims to cure cystic fibrosis while providing support to patients and families dealing with the disease. They help to fund research in the areas of overall treatment, individualized therapies and more. In fact, most CF drugs out there today were made possible with monetary support from the CFF. Cystic fibrosis is a rare, inherited disease manifesting in respiratory and digestive problems. Science has come a long way in the past 30 to 40 years with an increased life-expectancy and more therapies, but there is still no cure. While for some patients there are somewhat effective treatments like Orkambi, the vast majority must live with laborious treatments, many supplements, and often, long hospital stays. The conference will cultivate a collaborative environment for scientists, researchers, medical practitioners, nurses and more. Here, they will discuss and share ideas surrounding cystic fibrosis research, therapies and care. Together, they will work to provide a better quality of life for those with CF.
