FH Family Forum—Dallas, TX
On December 9, the Familial Hypercholesterolemia Foundation is supporting an event that is perfect for the entire family. This free program will be packed with fun and informative presentations for children and adults. It’s a kid-friendly opportunity to connect with others who have FH, listen to FH medical experts, find out how FHF is advocating in your community, and learn new ways to help raise awareness for FH.

2018 Advocates for Awareness Training—Arlington, VA
Have you always wanted to get more involved in the FH community? Here’s your chance. The FH Foundation is looking for volunteers to become advocates in local communities. Whether you share your FH story with others, become a mentor to other FH families, or reach out to local media, FH advocates can reshape and focus awareness for the FH community.
